J&J-International- unresponsive and deceitful
I am adding to the poor reviews I have read in most of the feedback forms on this company. Mine like many others is regarding the poor performance on lack of effort on their part to respond and deal with returns. I ordered a part for my Samsung electric range. Ordering, shipment, and arrival were all good. When I got the part, it was not going to work because of the need to solder it into the control board. I email and three days later sent an inquiry through the company WEB page. No response for two weeks, at which time a filed a complaint with my Pay Pal account. I got a response from JJ International the next day asking what the issue was. I copied the same email I had sent weeks before and the next day they sent the RMA and mailing return mailing label. I was told by the Operations Director J&J-International that as soon as the part was returned a refund would be issued. He also asked that I drop or close my complaint through PayPal. I went to PayPal to so and they have a posted warning not to close the complaint until you receive the refund because you cannot reopen the complaint on the same vendor once you close it, so leave it open until you are sure everything is cleared. I responded to the Operations Director with the information posted on the PayPal site. That is the last I heard from Charles the Operations Director J&J-International. With no response from the company. After the returned item being at the mailing location for over three weeks, I escalated the complaint with Pay Pal, as they have a timeline for keeping complaints open. J&J-International responded to the PayPal escalation notice in 8 days. Pay Pal took 9 days to read the response which said again when they get the returned item, they will issue a refund. (The item has been at their post office since Jan 16th. Pay Pal now wants the shipping tracking number and shipper, all of which I set both parties on 26 Jan. February 21st, 11 days after I reminded them, I had already sent the requested information I get the final response from PayPal; they have resolved it in my favor. Pay Pal has come through and done what the Operations Director J&J-International should have done and said he would do almost 3 months ago.
Be very, very, careful dealing with the J&J-International, they have not been honest or fair in dealing with a return. I hope Samsung knows what this company is doing to their (Samsung’s) reputation. Pay Pal could have settled this much sooner if they had read on paid attention to my correspondence.
I originally placed an order from samsung.com in early September. Still never received it so I contacted the company in November and had to place what they considered a "replacement order". As of November 24, I STILL have not received the part I ordered! I called and cancelled and found the part on amazon! Customer service stinks! Waiting for my refund which will take "5 to 7 business days!" Never again will I order from them!

Great parts and services but they can improve for sure. Overall fine performace
Received the wrong part for my drier. J&J International won't pay shipping to return it. After being on the phone for 90 minutes, mostly on hold, I decided to let PayPal fight with them. Don't buy Samsung!

One of the worst customer experiences I have had in a very long time. Spoke with a women named "Dawn" who was inpatient, rude and then became passive aggressive, all in our 10 minute phone call. I still have no solution to my issue for TV. I dont see how this organization is even in business. This is now my second absolute terrible experience with this company. This organization is built on terrible attitude and power thrusting. They do not put their customers first and I just dont see them being in business successfully. Even if that means they the managers are suffering personally. Very sad. This organization sucks and I give it a 2 thumbs down.

I ordered a remote control for my soundbar last month... The order status is still "New Order". I purchased the item when it was in stock and it is still in stock on the website. You probably won't ever get your product. I just bought one on ebay and called it a day
After spending 100 plus on a new plastic jug for the inside of our fridge and including any freight charges we then get another bill saying we have to pay more for freight charges. The jug that arrived also leaks when pouring. A totally unacceptable waste of time and life dealing with these people. Not worth buying another Samsung product when their aftercare is so abysmal.
Samsung Parts a good place to find old pieces of parts you may have lost. However, the downside of this website is they don't really send a tracking code for your item.

The ONLY place online I could find the part I needed and as easy as it could be. Great site great prices
